2. This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Birpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. As per the allegation, the sister of the informant was killed by petitioner and co-accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is married sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased and has got no role to play in the alleged offence. It has further been submitted that she resides in her own matrimonial house

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34814 of 2026(2) dt.20-05-2026 2/2 and has got no concern with the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted, referring to the impugned order, that there was no external and internal injury on the person of the deceased and the death was opined due to asphyxia as result of hanging. It has lastly been submitted that petitioner is a young lady and has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Heard the parties and perused the record.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Birpur, in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita. (Praveen Kumar, J) Pawan/- U T
