JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-09-2023 This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For necessary direction upon the respondent authorities of the Jai Prakash University, Chapra to constitute the Selection Committee including the Petitioner as Incharge Principal under the provisions of the Bihar State Universities (Amendment) Act, 2013, 2015 & 2017 for considering the regularization of the services of the teachers in the Deoraha Baba Sridhar Das Degree College, Rampur (Kadna), Garkha, Saran who have been appointed prior to 2007 without
Patna High Court CWJC No.5932 of 2018(9) dt.18-09-2023 2/2 any recommendation of the College Service Commission.
(ii) For holding that the Bihar State Universities (Amendment) Act, 2017 has fixed 31.03.2018 as the last date for completing the process and if prior to the cut-off date, the exercise is not completed, the teachers of the concerned college will not be regularized and it will result into deaffiliation and non-payment of grant to the teachers.
(iii) For necessary direction upon the respondent authorities to extend the last date from 31.03.2018 for the College in question for the purpose of regularization of the services of the teachers as due to inaction on the part of the respondent authorities, there is delay in constitution of Selection Committee for regularization of the services of the teachers of the College.
(iv) For any other direction, which your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
2. This case was ordered to be listed for admission along with CWJC No. 1593 of 2016 on 09.10.2018. Both the writ applications were admitted. This Court has already disposed of CWJC No. 1593 of 2016 as having become infructuous.
3. A bare perusal of the reliefs prayed in this writ application would show that the present writ application has also become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of.
