ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 23.01.2014 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maintenance case No. 116 of 2013. Considering the fact that the impugned order is merely one of interim maintenance, I do not see any reason for interference and, hence, this application stands rejected. However, the petitioner shall pay maintenance of Rs. 4000/- per month as earlier modified by this court till further orders. The court below is directed to pass final orders, positively, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
