The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the case in the confessional statement. It is further submitted that he was apprehended on suspicion and he is said to have confessed it. Save and except, the confession of the petitioner, the Police did not collect any tangible evidence nor put the petitioner on Test Identification Parade although he is in custody since 23.02.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
