SINHA) Date: 16-01-2015 In the light of orders of this Court dated 26.11.2014, further report has been received from the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Bhojpur, bearing No. 09 dated 06.01.2015 whereunder she has confirmed that earlier report was submitted after due enquiry under Section 7A of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 in presence of heirs of the informant and that heirs had no objection to the findings recorded by the Board that appellant was juvenile on the date of occurrence.

2. In view of the findings recorded by the Juvenile Justice Board, Bhojpur that appellant above named was juvenile on the date

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.567 of 2013 dt.16-01-2015 2/2 of occurrence i.e. 17.12.1999 and he having remained in jail custody for more than two years, he is directed to be released forthwith in connection with Sessions Trial No. 397 of 2002 passed by Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bhojpur, Ara.

3. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
