The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have made an attempt to commit murder of informant's nephew by stabbing knife while he was coming on cycle along with other students after taking tuition.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2015. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41585 of 2015 (3) dt.14-10-2015 implicated in the present case. General and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. Other co-accused persons have been granted bail vide annexure-3 series to the present application.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S.
