JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to immediately remove the encroachment in compliance of order dated 30.07.2019 passed by the SubDivisional Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Case No. 253(M) of 2019.

(ii) For commanding the Respondents to immediately direct the Respondent No. 7 and 8 to remove the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3892 of 2021(2) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 encroachment since they have illegally encroached the land.

(iii) For commanding the Respondents as to why despite the specific order passed by the Circle Officer, Sheikhpura the encroachment has not been removed up till now."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed before the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura, within a period of four weeks from today, he shall examine the same and pass a reasoned order, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
