JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-10-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Sugauli, East Champaran i.e. the respondent no. 4 to conclude the proceeding of Encroachment case no. 09 of 2016-17.

Having regard to the limited prayed made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.14320 of 2021(2) dt.21-10-2022 2/2 direction to the respondent no. 4 to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid Encroachment case no. 09 of 2016-17, by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
