JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- " (i) For a direction to the Respondents to make payment of 1/3 share of all the retiral dues of Late Phuleshwar Thakur, the father of this petitioner, who had expired during service tenure from the post of Dafadar at Babubarhi Police Station, leaving behind him two sons and a daughter (this petitioner).

(ii) For a further direction to the Respondents to get the money returned back,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9507 of 2022(2) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 if the same has been illegally paid to the Respondent No. 8 under the connivance of officials of Circle Office, Babubarhi and to be paid to this petitioner to the extent of her share.

(iii) For taking stern action against the Respondents for swearing false affidavit in order to receive the retiral dues of the father of this petitioner, for which she was equally entitled as of her brother."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought, is granted.
