2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner assaulted on the head of Pervez Alam with Dabiya who is brother of informant. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . F.I.R., has been lodged after inordinate delay of eleven days for which there is no plausible explanation . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the
