JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be elder brother in law of the deceased and no specific allegation of illegal demand has been levelled against him. Moreover, it is pertinent to note here that the marriage of deceased had taken place in the year 2009 whereas she is said to have been killed by her in laws in the year 2013 i.e. after four years of her marriage.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
