2. In view of the pleadings on record, the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed.

3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the actual payments have not been made. If the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18415 of 2016 (7) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 same is correct, direction is issued to the Accountant General to ensure that authority in terms of the sanction order is issued in favour of the petitioner within one week and similarly, the respondent no. 7 is directed to ensure that actual payment of G.P.F. is credited into the account of the petitioner, if already not done, within one week from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
