The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No.64 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 30(a), (c) (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.04.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 100 liters of Mahua wine and 15 Kg of Dry Mahua were seized.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
