JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2023 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 29.12.2022, passed by the Circle Officer, Barhaiya, District-Lakhisarai in Encroachment case no. 04 of 2019-20, by filing appropriate appeal under Section 11 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. Liberty so sought, is granted.
