The petitioner is languishing in jail since 05.06.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 326, 304(B), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Act. As per allegation, it is a case of murder of informant's married daughter, namely, Archana Devi by the husband of the deceased and her in-laws due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 05.06.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of

Petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law of the deceased and petitioner no.2 is the father-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband is in custody.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Dumaraon P.S.Case No.158 of 2015.
