In this case, the petitioner is seeking payment of admitted dues amounting Rs. 10,16,000/- as the work order was allotted to the petitioner under the Agreement No. 11f2/2010-11 for construction of school building which the petitioner is claiming that he has carried out the same in terms of the agreement but, the payment has not been made to him.

Patna High Court CWJC No.841 of 2017 dt.28-08-2017 the Principal Secretary, Bihar Public Works Department, Government of Bihar who will be obliged to look into the matter and will pay the admitted dues to the petitioner. If the Principal Secretary would not be agreeable to the claim of the petitioner, he will, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, will pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner.
