Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 627 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 341, 323, 452, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is also submitted vide supplementary affidavit by the petitioner that there is an earlier case i.e. Khagaria P.S. Case No.

of dated 19.06.2021 lodged against the informant's son due to which the present F.I.R. has been lodged by the informant against the petitioner and his father. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.36939 of 2022(7) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 627 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
