The petitioner seeks bail in Tariyani P.S. Case no. 236/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was apprehended and he is said to have confessed his guilt. From the possession of the petitioner one mobile and sim were recovered, but the same were not looted article. Similarly situated co-accused, namely Umesh Sahni and Nawab Thakur have already been enlarged on bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
