Petitioner no.1 is father-in-law whereas petitioner no.2 is husband of the informant. It is alleged that petitioner no.1 made attempt to commit rape on the informant and when the informant made complain to petitioner no.2, he did not pay any heed. The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that, no doubt, marriage of the informant had taken place with petitioner no.2 but, as a matter of fact, informant was not interested to lead her conjugal life with petitioner no.2 and that is the reason, she lodged false case against the petitioners. Moreover, informant has already solemnized her marriage with another person which is evident from annexure 2 to this petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as
