The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 814 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant Manta Devi, a renter in the house of one Gopal Sao has alleged about her minor daughter Sankhya Kumari, student of Inter regularly attending coaching near her house. On 15.11.2017, she went to for coaching but did not return till 9'O clock as usual causing anxiety. In spite of frantic search after wards her whereabouts could not be traced yet and she has full reason to believe about the role of this petitioner who used to threatened her daughter previously kidnapped her

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the statement of the girl has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. This fact is well evident that she with her free will solemnized marriage with the petitioner and also informed the factum of marriage to the informant vide Annexure-2 of the bail petition.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 814 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Nasimul/- U T
