Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that the petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation of the case nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. Only on confessional statement of co-accused before the police while in police custody, petitioner has been implicated in this case. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34287 of 2020(2) dt.08-01-2021 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Singheswar Police Station Case No.24 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
