2. At the very outset, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, by way of an I.A. application, submits that the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation before the respondent no.3 (the Director-in-Chief (Nursing), Health Services, Patna, Bihar), but till date no order has been passed by the respondent no. 3.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.9465 of 2022(3) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3 along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the respondent no. 3 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that the respondent no.3 shall be held liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
