JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died within six years of her marriage. There is specific allegation of illegal demand and torture and the prosecution case is that the deceased consumed poison due to the above-said torture and thereafter, the petitioner being husband of the deceased cremated the dead body without giving any information. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sanhaula P.S.
