2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2026, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(1), 118(1), 76, 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of eve teasing and molestation of the daughter of the informant along with other accused persons. It is further alleged that when the informant objected the same, the accused persons surrounded them and also assaulted.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner taking this Court through the FIR submitted that the alleged occurrence

No.35359 of 2026(2) dt.01-06-2026 2/3 took place on 04.01.2026, however, the present FIR came to be instituted on 07.01.2026 and surprisingly the delay has not been explained. In fact, the parties are neighbours and on account of some trifle, the present FIR has been instituted. The petitioner is a man of tender age, only aged about 20 years, having fair antecedent and undertakes that he will fully co-operate in the proceeding of the Court.

5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State opposed the pre-arrest bail application and submits that there is specific allegation of eve teasing and molestation against the petitioner.

Having considered the submissions advanced by learned Advocate for the respective parties and taking note of the delay in lodging of the FIR, coupled with the fair antecedent, as also the age of the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2026, subject to the conditions laid down in Section

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35359 of 2026(2) dt.01-06-2026 3/3 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the further conditions that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner and if the petitioner is found indulged in any kind of eve teasing to the victim or any similar incidence is brought to the knowledge of the State or the informant, they shall be at liberty to file an application for cancellation of the bail of the petitioner.
