JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-06-2019 By way of the instant application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the entire criminal proceeding arising from Complaint Case No.1667 of 2016.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners sought leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the order dated 03.05.2017
