JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-04-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 307, 353, 431, 186 of the Indian Penal Code and 5/6 of Bihar Essential Service Maintenace Act.

As per allegation, at the instance of the proprietors of coaching centre, the students made altercation with the police personnel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not been named in the FIR. He has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46173 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 also submitted that some other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 4468 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 24923 of 2017.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
