The petitioner seeks bail in Saur Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) P.S. Case no. 131/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner is put on Test Identification Parade. The petitioner is in jail since 03.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Bijay Kishore Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 131/2014.
