The petitioner seeks bail in Musahari P.S. Case no. 63/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have committed rape with a minor girl. The petitioner was duly identified by the victim. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
