A show cause has been filed on behalf of the District Magistrate, Madhubani, stating therein that the order under contempt has been complied with and a reasoned order has been passed in favour of the petitioners and the consequential benefits shall also be paid to them.

In view of the aforementioned submissions, the contempt application stands rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of.
