Petitioner seeks bail in Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.307 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468, 471/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not arrested at the spot.

In the written report, it is alleged that one Ganga Prasad Yadav was arrested by the police in the Examination Center, who confessed before the police that he was appearing in the examination on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2019 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.307 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
