The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was assaulting his wife. The informant, Dhiraj Kumar, and Rajkumar went to pacify the matter but the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with sword causing injury on the head of informant. He also assaulted Rajkumar. From perusal of injury report of Rajkumar it appears that one cut wound was found on his skull which is opined to be simple in nature. Two cut injuries and one lacerated wound were found on the body of Dhiraj Kumar and all the injuries are simple in nature.

No.42285 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Begusarai in S. T. No. 440/15 arising out of Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 74/15.
