1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 17.10.2019, passed in CWJC No.19939 of 2019, the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram has already disposed off Arms Case No.14 of 2024, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order dated 14.10.2024, whereby and whereunder, the application filed by the petitioner for grant of arms license has been rejected. A copy of the said order dated 14.10.2024 has been handed over to this Court, which is taken on record.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.19 of 2021(6) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 14.10.2024, passed by the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.
