The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and three other accused persons kidnapped his minor daughter but the victim appeared and made her statement under section 164 of the Cr. P.C in which she denied the factum of her kidnapping. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Wazirganj P.S.
