Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 601 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 498(A), 323, 304(B), 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47981 of 2021(3) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32801 of 2021 as contained in Annexure-4. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent except the present one.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 601 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Jagdish/- U T
