JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant came to know about the alleged occurrence from one Sarju Manjhi, who disclosed before the informant that he was too assaulted by the petitioners and other F.I.R named accused persons. The statement of the aforesaid Sarju Manjhi, was recorded by the Investigating Officer at Para- 9 of the case diary in which the aforesaid Sarju Manjhi, stated that after assault, he became unconscious and regain his consciousness in the morning but it is surprising enough that no injury on the person of the aforesaid Sarju Manjhi, was found nor any injury report has been brought on the record. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S.Case No. 61 of 2012.
