2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with GRP/SMI P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section-370/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-79 of Juvenile Justice Act, 2015.

3. Allegation against the petitioners is of carrying minor children for human trafficking for the purpose of child labour work at Lucknow.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. They are under custody since 20-

It has also been submitted that due to poverty, the parents of the children/victims wanted them to work and as per their direction, the petitioners were acting upon. He has also submitted that the parents of the children/victims have filed affidavit in this regard which is available with the record. They did not support the prosecution case.

5. On the otherhand, learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, especially the fact that parents of the victims did not support the prosecution case and the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri C.B. Bharti, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Railway, Samastipur in connection with GRP/SMI P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024 subject to the condition that the petitioners will cooperate in trial and shall make themselves available as and when required by the court.
