2 Prayer is for the following reliefs:

"i) whether orally terminating the services of the petitioners is violating all the norms of the service jurisprudence or not?

ii) whether petitioners were appointed against the vacant and sanctioned post for collection of data under the different head in the department of Planning Economics and Statistics or not?

Patna High Court CWJC No.4947 of 2018(3) dt.25-09-2023 2/2 iii) whether termination of the services of petitioners after long three years services the oral termination is sustainable in the eye of law or not? iv) whether services of petitioners can be terminated without issuing any show cause notice or giving any opportunity prior to termination from the service or not?

(v) whether the oral termination is violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India or not?

vi) whether action of the respondents are illegal, arbitrary, mala fide and miscarriage of justice or not?"

3 On 30.03.2018, a coordinate Bench of this Court has adjourned the matter to be taken up after disposal of LPA No 535 of 2017.

4 As per website of this Court, the said LPA No 535 of 2017 was dismissed on 17.04.2018.

5 In that view of the matter, no case is made out. 6 This writ petition is dismissed.
