This application has been filed for expediting and concluding the trial bearing Special Case No. 2 of 2013, RC Case No.- 6/A/2013 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, CBI-II, Patna registered under section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 7 and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1) (a) and (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
Learned counsel for the C.B.I. submits that only three witnesses are left to be examined and the C.B.I. will examine the three witnesses within six months from the date of communication of order of this Court in the trial Court.

No.47800 of 2021(5) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to take evidence of rest of the three witnesses which are sought to be produced by C.B.I. within six months and thereafter conclude the trial at the earliest.
