2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1) and 109 of the BNS, registered in connection with Dawath P.S.Case No. 77/2025.

3. As per allegation, the informant's nephew was assaulted by some rowdy boys with knives and iron rods, as a result of which he suffered multiple fractures on his head.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are innocent and have falsely been

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dawath P.S.Case No. 77/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS.
