JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be younger brother-in-law of the deceased and it appears from perusal of the first information report itself, that after alleged occurrence deceased was taken to hospital where she died in course of treatment. Moreover, no specific allegation of illegal demand or torture has been leveled against the petitioner.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur P.S.case No. 62 of 2015.
