2. A counter affidavit on behalf of the Central Selection Board of Constable, Bihar, Patna (respondent nos. 6 and 7) is on record and paragraph 12 read as follows:

12. That the petitioners appeared in the physical evaluation test on their respective dates. The petitioners failed in the running test. They were required to run 01 (one) mile [1.6 km/1600 m (05 rounds of 320 m)] in maximum 06 (six) minutes. The petitioners failed in running test as they did not complete the running test in maximum 06 (six) minutes (360 seconds). Its result status is prepared and in which name of the candidate, serial number, roll number, date of birth, number of lap completed by the candidate, start time of running and end time of running and total time taken in running is indicated. All the petitioners are Home Guard category candidates. The result status of the running test of the petitioners is as follows:
