The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 3,4,5 of Explosive Substance Act, under section 13, 16, 18, 20 of U.A.P. Act and under section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

The petitioner along with 29 persons are named in the FIR but the informant, a police officer, alleged that they managed to flee away from the place of occurrence and on mere suspicion the informant implicated the petitioner in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2015 and nothing has been recovered from his possession.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
