2. The present modification petition is being filed as to extend the date of surrender of petitioner, where his prayer of anticipatory bail was allowed through Cr. Misc. No. 3209 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025.
3. It is pointed out that due to certain reasons, petitioner could not surrender before the court within time. It is further submitted that the delay was neither intentional nor deliberate.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission and for the reasons as mentioned in the present modification petition,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34925 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 petitioner is directed to surrender within three weeks i.e., by 15.08.2025 from the date of this order, before the trial court, whereupon, learned trial court is directed to release the petitioner on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, in terms of order dated 28.03.2025 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3209 of 2025.
5. It is made clear that bail bond shall not be accepted after 15.08.2025.
6. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 28.03.2025 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3209 of 2025.
7. Accordingly, present modification petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
