Perused the impugned order dated 02.04.2016 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge-II, Patna in Miscellaneous Case No. 02 of 2012 whereby the learned court below observed that the two information slips mentioned in the impugned order have already been marked by the Clerk of the competent Court and, therefore, it

In view of the aforesaid findings of the Court below, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction as the order neither prejudiced the petitioner nor it occasioned failure of justice.

Thus, this Civil Miscellaneous Application is dismissed.
