The petitioner seeks bail in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 577 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 363 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, Md. Tamanna husband of Anguri Khatoon (neighbour) kidnapped the minor daughter of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during course of investigation, name of this petitioner has come in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2021 having clean antecedent. Investigation is complete. Counsel for informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that victim girl is still traceless.
