JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 22-03-2017 Petitioner has filed this writ petition in public interest for constituting a Special Vigilance Team to enquire into the conditions of the Middle School and other school buildings in the State of Bihar and to take steps for ensuring that good infrastructure facilities are available in the Institutes in question.
2. Respondent No. 4 has filed a detailed counter affidavit and in Paragraph 5 onwards has indicated the steps being

3. That being so, with regard to the same, we are not inclined to take any further action in the matter or issue any direction. As far as illegalities committed with regard to misappropriate of funds and with regard to constitution of a Vigilance Team for this purpose is concerned, merely on the basis of vague allegations made, based on newspaper report, we are not inclined to constitute any Vigilance Team. The petitioner may make a complaint before the Lokayukta organization or the Chief Vigilance Authority of the State Government and it would be for those authorities to look into the grievance of the petitioner.
4. With the aforesaid finding, no further indulgence is warranted in the matter.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
