1. The petitioners has prayed as under:- "This this is an application for direction to the Respondents to provide materials for Urdu Medium teaching and to take examination in Urdu language for Urdu teachers in the State of Bihar and further for direction to the RespondentsDirector and others Respondents to accept the form of the petitioners for Urdu language as option like other language which has been indicated in the letter of Chief Public Information Officer dated 30/1/2018 for which the application has been called from the teachers to submit by 15/3/2018 vide Notification No. 2/2018. The petitioners further pray that Urdu Teachers application may be accepted without late fine and allow them to appear in coming examination in Urdu language so far examination in Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) and also provide materials for

Patna High Court CWJC No.4986 of 2018(4) dt.25-07-2022 3/3 Urdu subject."

2. It is noted that examination of D.El.ED is already over, conducted in the year 2018.

3. The question whether the language for D.El.Ed should be Urdu, is a question left open to be decided in some appropriate case.

4. These writ petitiona is treated to have become infructuous leaving the question open.
