JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.48 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is the mother-in-law of the deceased was living separately from her son and daughter-in-law and the deceased has committed suicide.

Having perused the case diary, it seems that the deceased was found to have committed suicide and looking to the fact that the petitioner was living separately from her son and daughter-in-law, I am inclined to grant benefit of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44990 of 2021(3) dt.11-02-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest, she shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
