The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 452, 323, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was earlier granted bail by this Court vide order dated 29.11.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48353 of 2013. The petitioner has remained absent on 4.6.2015 and on that account the court below has cancelled his bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner undertakes to appear and co-operate with the proceeding on day to day basis.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking, let petitioner, Jitendra Bishwas, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

No.42987 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea in connection with S.T.
