The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused. The petitioner is also said to have confessed his guilt. Save and except the confession, the investigating officer did not collect any other material against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 12.04.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42548 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kishanganj in Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014, corresponding to S.T. No. 1014 of 2014.
